tvN’s impending drama “Hometown” has produced its initial poster!
“Hometown” is set in a compact rural city in 1999 and facilities about Choi Hyung In (Yoo Jae Myung), a police detective who is investigating a sequence of odd murders, and Jo Jung Hyun (Han Ye Ri), who is browsing for her missing niece. The two of them become included in an incident with a terrorist named Jo Kyung Ho (Um Tae Goo).
The new poster has a distinctive framework in which the picture is flipped upside down and distorted like a reflection in drinking water. The caption reads, “The area exactly where everything turned upside down.” Yoo Jae Myung, Han Ye Ri, and Um Tae Goo stand in entrance of what appears to be an normal city, besides that the darkness, pink lights, and distortion consequences give it a sinister atmosphere. It is in this small town where the serial killings and the earlier terrorism incident all had their beginnings.
The output personnel mentioned, “The upside-down city in the teaser poster is the symbolic illustration of the story informed in ‘Hometown.’ The present-day serial murders, and the past terrorism incident, and the truths that were buried as people forgot them will converge collectively in a thrilling storyline. Make sure you glance forward to it.”
“Hometown,” which is directed by Park Hyun Suk (“Forest of Secrets 2”), is set to premiere in September.
